We obtained the certificate of Jiangsu Private Science and Technology Enterprise in 2019, in the same year we passed the ISO9001. And we also won the safety production standardization certificate in 2020 and is applying 16949 Certification is 2021.
At present, we have 34 machines in factory, 6 CNC machine tools, 4 EDM machines, 4 wire cutting machines and 20 injection molding machines. All injection molding machines are equipped with mechanical arms to realize automatic production.
Our company also has cutting device, track device, racket, cat nest, strap and other patented products; Mature machining process, grinder, wire cutting technology. To ensure the quality of each product, Our quality supervision department is equipped with two coordinate measuring machines, infrared 3D scanner.
So With excellent production capacity, skilled manufacturing technology and large parts testing ability, relying on the 7* 24H mold development and maintenance service concept, we have successfully built a team with professional mould design and manufacturing experience. So We have created a long-term customization cooparation with Canon, Artismones, Sprun, GF and other customers
